On September 6, 2023, Mr. Raúl Pérez Reyes Espejo was sworn in as the new Minister of State, in the Transport and Communications sector, by the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte.
Mr. Raúl Pérez replaces Mrs. Paola Lazarte, who was appointed to the position on December 13, 2022. Perez Reyes is an economist graduated from the University of Lima, with a master’s degree in the same subject and with more than 20 years of experience in the public sector.
